Definitions
CAGT means the Cell And Gene Trust (ABN: 75 734 217 610, Registered Charity Number CFN 18672) and its trustee Cell And Gene Limited, of Level 12, 77 Castlereagh Street, Sydney NSW 2000.
Personal Information means, generally, your name and contact details including postal address, email address, and telephone number.

You can request access and changes to your Personal Information by contacting CAGT. CAGT will act on that request unless it has a basis to refuse doing so under the Privacy Act 1988 or other relevant law.
