Volunteering Opportunities

Everyone has something they can contribute whether it is by giving a regular commitment or helping out at a one-off event. All you need to do is decide how much time you have to offer and what skills, experiences and abilities you can bring to the organisation.

Your generous donation of time and skill will allow the Cure The Future to efficiently and successfully maximise our efforts in raising money and increasing awareness of our vital research.

How you can help

Fundraising through special events – we would love your support and help with our fundraising events such as:

  • Selling event tickets
  • Selling raffle tickets
  • Welcoming guests
  • Assisting with fundraising activities
  • Organise your own fundraising event

Office Administration – We are often in need of volunteer office support at various times throughout the year to help with:

  • Mail outs
  • Packing of information and promotional materials
  • Data entry
  • General clerical work

Special Projects – We are always seeking to increase our specialist roles for volunteers. If you have skills that you feel may benefit Cure The Future please contact us.

Frequently Asked Questions:

  • What is the selection process?

Depending on the type of volunteering you would like to do we may require a reference check to be done before offering you any volunteer work. After your volunteer registration has been received a Cure The Future member of staff will be in contact with you.

  • Who pays for expenses?

Volunteers will be reimbursed for any out of pocket expenses incurred whilst volunteering for Cure The Future.

  • I am only available nights and weekends, can I help then?

There are rare occasions when we need volunteers outside of business hours so the best way you can help is by holding a fundraiser or participating in our fundraising events.
